This policy explains what information Cresco collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Cresco — including this website and joining our launch list — you agree to this policy.
Launch list: if you join our launch list on this website, we collect your name and email address so we can notify you when Cresco launches. Account (in the app): your email address. Profile: your username, display name, avatar, and bio. Content you create: journeys, progress logs, posts, photos and videos, comments, and likes. Social activity: who you follow, mutual connections, and direct messages. Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to run the app.
To provide and operate Cresco — emailing you about the launch if you opted in, authenticating you, building your feed, calculating streaks, delivering messages and notifications, and keeping the service safe and reliable.
Your launch-list details are never shown publicly. In the app, your profile, username, display name, and public journeys are visible to other users. Posts you share to Discover are public. Progress logs follow their journey: logs on a public journey are visible to others, while logs on a private journey are visible only to you. Direct messages are visible only to you and the recipient.
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate Cresco — including Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores launch-list signups, and Supabase, which hosts the app's database, authentication, and media storage. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask to be removed from the launch list at any time by emailing cresco.official.app@gmail.com. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, journeys, progress logs, posts, media, comments, likes, follows, and messages.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Cresco is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
