These terms govern your use of Cresco. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Cresco.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Cresco a license to store and display that content within the app — to you, and to other users where it is public (posts shared to Discover, and progress logs on public journeys). Posts are intended as a permanent record of your progress and cannot be edited after publishing.
Do not use Cresco to harass, threaten, or harm others; post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; spam; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we are required to act on by law.
Cresco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streaks and data will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cresco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cresco after changes means you accept the updated terms.
